Send the project application, equipment schedule, installation conditions and required delivery date. Include existing drawings or nameplates for replacement work.
Working output: a written enquiry brief with missing information identified.
02 / Review supplier proposals
Compare the technical schedule, drawings and proposed supply scope. Record exceptions and identify any documents or model-specific evidence needed for the project team’s assessment.
Working output: a proposal comparison and technical clarification list.
03 / Agree scope & milestones
Confirm the proposed equipment, approved revisions, price basis, delivery destination, payment terms and warranty arrangements. Agree testing, transport and site responsibilities explicitly.
Working output: an agreed supply scope and order-specific milestone schedule.
04 / Coordinate delivery documents
Track the documents and agreed release requirements against the order. Confirm packing, handling and delivery interfaces before dispatch, then assemble the agreed handover records.
Working output: equipment identification, agreed test records, shipping details and operating documents.
Define the responsibilities
Installation, site engineering, protection settings and commissioning are separate scopes unless expressly included in the agreement. Availability, lead time and service arrangements are confirmed for each order.
